**Overview:**  

Francis and Meyer Candle Co. is seeking an enthusiastic and outgoing Sales Associate to join our team at pop-up markets and events. As the face of our brand, you'll represent our company with a friendly, customer-focused attitude. This is a short-term position ideal for someone who loves engaging with people and has a passion for retail.

 

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Travel to various event locations to set up and manage our pop-up booth.

- Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with customers and answering questions about our products.

- Assist with product setup and display to ensure an attractive, inviting booth.

- Manage sales transactions using a point-of-sale (POS) system.

- Maintain product inventory, restocking as needed throughout the event.

- Pack up and break down the booth at the end of each event.

- Availability for Production Help

- Workshops

 

**Qualifications:**

- Retail or customer service experience preferred (training will be provided).

- Friendly, reliable, and outgoing personality.

- Punctual and dependable with strong time management skills.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as required by event schedules.

- Must be able to travel to various event locations.

 

**Contract Terms:**

- Flexible schedule based on event dates and locations.

- 3-month contract with potential for extension based on performance and company needs.
